This page explains how Spectrum handles information you choose to send through the public website.
Contact messages
When you email Spectrum, the message and contact details you provide are used to deal with your enquiry. Contacting Spectrum does not by itself give permission to publish your message or contact details.
Do not send more personal information than is needed for the question you are asking.
Listings & corrections
Listing suggestions and correction reports can contain sources or factual evidence that Spectrum uses to check public information. Private contact details are not automatically turned into public listing information.

Spectrum keeps contact information only while it is reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, maintain necessary project records or meet an administrative or legal obligation. We do not claim a fixed retention period where one has not yet been defined.
Your request
You can contact Spectrum to ask what information you have sent, to correct it, or to request deletion where it is no longer needed and can properly be removed.
