Not yet active
York Spectrum is not currently assigning its own ISBNs. That route will open only when the publisher identity, funding and operating responsibilities are in place.
When active, a York Spectrum ISBN will be used only for an edition formally accepted and published by York Spectrum.

The boundary
Paying York Spectrum for design, formatting, printing, ISBN administration or other production work does not transfer your copyright and does not make York Spectrum the publisher of your edition.
Paid services also do not affect inclusion, editorial coverage or prominence anywhere on York Spectrum.
